We had to replace a large window (58x54 w.round top). Moisture got inside the dual pane. They had to order glass, within a week two guys installed it, perfect fit and it was cheaper than new window.
PS: They gave us a 5-year warranty. After 4 years glass started to fog up, company said they are a new company now, would not honor warranty.

Called them once to replace worn rollers on bottom of large patio door, it was too heavy for me to lift out.
